About Sydni, LMFT:

I began my professional journey in 2020 working with middle schoolers and their families. It was there that I started thinking deeply about attachment — about the role our earliest relationships play in our ability to connect with others throughout our lives. I noticed that when people felt genuinely heard and understood, something shifted. Anxiety, disconnection, and hopelessness had less of a grip.

That's what draws me to couples work specifically.

Romantic partnership is where our attachment patterns show up most vividly — and where healing them has the most profound ripple effect. When two people find their way back to each other, everything changes.

I specialize in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) — a structured, attachment-based approach with some of the strongest outcome research available for couples. I bring ongoing clinical consultation into my practice to keep my work grounded and current.
