I'm trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy — EFT — which is one of the most researched and evidence-backed approaches to couples therapy available. Studies show that around 70–75% of couples who complete EFT move from distress to recovery, and 90% show significant improvement.  But here's what that means in the room:  We're not just learning better communication scripts. We're looking at what's happening emotionally between you — the fears, the longings, the moments where one of you reaches for connection and misses. We're helping you both feel safe enough to be vulnerable with each other again.
